Military Training & Cooperation Programme
The Military Training Cooperation Programme (MTCP) is one of Canada’s primary tools of military diplomacy. Through its three pillars, the Directorate of Military Training Assistance Programme (DMTC) provides language, staff/professional development and peace support operations training to approximately 1,300 students annually from more than 62 member states.
