Present Functions

The current function of CATC Meaford is to provide:

  • Developmental Period 1 and 2 for Regular and Reserve Combat Units
  • Soldier Qualification
  • Support to Brigades for Individual Training and Collective Training
  • Pre-Deployment Training as directed by Land Forces Central Area
  • Basic Military Qualification as directed by Land Forces Central Area

Operational and Support Units

  • 31 CF Health Services Centre - Meaford
  • Section of 2 MP Unit
