MOSID  00363 - Aircraft Maintenance Superintendant (AM SUP)

General Duties:

AM Sups shall perform duties related to the

  • operation,
  • servicing,
  • repair,
  • maintenance and inspection of aircraft,
  • aviation related systems and
  • support functions.

To be able to carry out his/her duties on land, at sea and onboard airborne aircraft, the AM Supt must be able to perform to all of the Generic Task Statements – All CAF Members located in the A-MD-154-000/FP-000 Annex B. As well, the following Table details the specific MES related duties for an AM Supt at an applicable rank.

MOSID Related Duties

MOC Related Duties

1. Meet standards required by Non Commissioned Members General Specification X X X
2. Climb on/off aircraft loading ramps and aircraft surfaces (1M) X X
