MOSID  00375 – Human Resources Administrator (HRA)

General Duties:

HRA shall perform duties related to:

  • maintenance of unit records;
  • maintenance of pay accounts;
  • receipt and dispatch of documents;
  • transfer / testing interviews;
  • processing of claims;
  • verification of source documents;
  • processing casualty;
  • absentee;
  • medical plans and education documentation;
  • conducting releases;
  • maintaining file control systems;
  • file maintenance;
  • disposal;
  • operation of office equipment (including ADP);
  • prolonged operation of computer terminals; and
  • coordinating administrative services for deployed operations.

Duties also include movement of office supplies and equipment and are carried out in all environments including in the field, at sea, in UN and isolated posts.
