    5. EACH CO WHO RECEIVES THE LIST OF CONFIRMED CANDIDATES SHALL IMMEDIATELY ENSURE THAT IT IS MADE AVAILABLE IN THE UNIT ORDERLY ROOM, PUBLISHED IN ROUTINE ORDERS AND RECEIVES WIDE DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE UNIT,
