Replace Existing Systems with Newer or Different System

The objective of the Multi-Band Radio Modernization is to ensure the Royal Canadian Air Force'ss ability to maintain airborne multi-band communications that support changing international cryptographic standards.

The project must modernize those radios relying upon internal encryption methods to ensure interoperability within the Department of National Defence as well as with partner nations requiring increased security standards to protect sensitive information across voice communications.
