Replace Existing Systems with Newer or Different System

Objective

To continue to provide Administrative Flight Service (AFS) to the Minister National Defence (MND) and Utility Flight Service (UFS) to DND through 1 Canadian Air Division Headquarters (1 Cdn Air Div HQ). AFS provides world-wide transportation of VVIPs such as members of the Royal Family, the Governor General, the Prime Minister, Ministers and foreign dignitaries. As well as continue to provide world-wide military VIP transport, military utility transport and Medevac.

Requirements

This project will continue the provision of two simultaneous lines of tasking by replacing the aging CC144 aircraft and upgrading the remaining aircraft to meet aerospace regulatory standards into a consolidated fleet.
