Objective

The CB DIM project will provide the capability to detect, classify and monitor both chemical and biological warfare agents in a single detector by exploiting an integrated technological solution.

Requirements

To provide dual purpose air samplers, point detectors, personal detectors and a classifier suite that are man-portable and capable of being vehicle-mounted. An overall reduction in the amount of CB DIM equipment will simplify training, diminish operational and logistical burden and enhance operational readiness.
