Consolidated Clothing Contract

In-Service Support


The existing contract for this requirement will expire in 2018. The next Consolidated Clothing contract will provide management of the supply chain, including procurement, warehousing and distribution of distinctive environmental uniforms (DEU) for the Royal Canadian Navy, Royal Canadian Air Force, and Canadian Army, as well as similar items to provide a cost-effective and responsive supply chain to meet Canadian Armed Forces requirements.


For all items stipulated in the Consolidated Clothing contract, the prime vendor will be responsible for program management; manufacturing or subcontracting; inventory management and tracking; warehousing, orders, receipts and distribution to CAF or other authorized personnel; quality assurance activities; and program data management services. The contract will also include requirements for, but not limited to, the provision of professional services such as configuration management, technical and engineering support services, general fabrication, and small quantity production support activities in accordance with Department of National Defence (DND) specifications and requirements. The Consolidated Clothing contract will be structured similar to the current contract with an initial fixed period and option years at regular intervals.
