Objective

To assess the viability of Over The Horizon RADAR as an option for the surveillance of the north in augmentation to current North Warning System (NWS) and NORAD capability

Requirements

Develop technology and signal processing techniques to characterize the phenomenology of the impairments introduced by Aurora Borealis.

Preliminary Estimate
