Clinic Hours
Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday 0730 to 1530
Sick Parade Hours - each CDU daily from 0730-0900.
Duty CDU after 0930 to 1500 for acute illness only.
Clinic closed Saturday and Sunday.
Pharmacy is open daily 0730-1600
In any EMERGENCY situation - dial 911. If you are admitted to the hospital, please call the CF H Svcs C (Ottawa) Duty Officer.
CF H Svc C (O) Duty Officer
During silent hours, the CF H Svcs C (O) facility has a Duty Officer to provide assistance. The Duty Officer can be contacted through the Commissioner's desk at (613) 945-2620. Questions about medical care may also be directed to Telehealth Ontario 1-866-797-0000, TTY: 1-866-797-0007, the CF Member Assistance Program 1-800-268-7708, TTY: 1-800-567-5803 and 911 for Medical Emergencies.
