What is it?

The 4&3 or more per day Challenge uses an online tracker designed to encourage you to meet your target of 4 vegetable and 3 fruit servings or more per day.

How it Works

  • Register online at http://health-sante.mil.ca/vf-lf/reg-ins-eng.aspx (Intranet access required);
  • Keep track of your daily vegetable and fruit consumption for 2 weeks; and
  • Update your results online at http://health-sante.mil.ca/vf-lf/lgn-acs.aspx (Intranet access required) and track your progress.
