Bulletin Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting to the Bulletin.

We welcome information, stories, and photos that discuss Health Services Group personnel everywhere.

All submissions MUST be approved through your Chain of Command. (Unit CO and/or Clinical Manager.)

We may need to edit your submission for length and clarity. If you have the submission in both official languages please submit each. Otherwise we will have it translated upon receipt, but there may be delays.

Please ensure all photos have a photo caption of no more than 30 words, and please provide photo credit.

Accepted information generally fall under - but are not limited to - these general topic areas:

• Promotions, awards, achievements and appointments (please include a photo of the individual). Example of submission: CDS Commendation Corporal Bonnie Klyde, CF Health Services Centre Ottawa awarded 24 February 2010.
• Retirements, death notices (please include a photo of the individual)
• Change of Command
• New and innovative Health Services initiatives
• News from the Field
• Photos of Health Services personnel in action
