Thank you for the courage you demonstrate in serving our country nationally and abroad. I have read books written by those who served in the military in Iraq and Afghanistan. It has given me such an appreciation and admiration for our troops. I am always moved deeply when I see the army tanks roll by in our Stampede Parade. God bless you and your families. I don't know how I should feel about the politics and reasons behind this war. ( Much to my teachers dismay) I also do not have the answer of how to stop the war and bring world peace. One thing i do know, is that life is sacred, both yours and mine and the people you are protecting in your placements. Thank you for doing your part in finding peace. As a proud citizen of Canada I may not always agree with the operations our troops are sent on. However, I believe 100% in our troops being an international force for security and peace.
