The Honourable Kerry-Lynne D. Findlay

May 3rd, 2013 - The Honourable Kerry-Lynne D. Findlay, QC, Associate Minister of National Defence and Member of Parliament for Delta – Richmond East, and the Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, announced several major initiatives to improve  Canada’s national Search and Rescue system.

The Honourable Kerry-Lynne D. Findlay, QC, Associate Minister of National Defence and Member of Parliament for Delta - Richmond East bids farewell to Commander Chris Ellis (Commanding Officer of Her Majesty's Canadian Ship (HMCS) Victoria) after her tour of the submarine at Canada Place, downtown Vancouver British Columbia on April 26th 2013.
